WE’RE HIRING SENIOR CIVIL BIM ENGINEER

Are you a Civil BIM professional who can do more than just model?

We’re looking for a Senior Civil BIM Engineer who can take ownership of civil BIM delivery, lead multidisciplinary coordination, identify clashes before they become site problems, and support construction teams with reliable model-based solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will lead the civil & infrastructure BIM function across:

🛣️ Roads & Highways
🌉 Bridges
💧 Water, Sewer, Stormwater & TSE Utilities
🏗️ Site Development & Grading

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing Civil 3D / Revit models (LOD 300–500)
• Integrating survey/COGO data, alignments, corridors, surfaces and grading
• Leading Navisworks / ACC clash detection and coordination
• Federating Civil, Structural, MEP, Landscape and Architectural models
• Driving clashes and technical issues through to closure
• Conducting model QA/QC and BIM compliance audits
• Supporting RFIs, shop drawings, quantities, construction sequencing and as-built models
• Working within BEP, ISO 19650 and CDE requirements
• Supporting COBie / FM handover requirements
• Mentoring junior BIM engineers and modelers
• Representing Civil BIM in meetings with consultants, contractors and clients

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


9+ years of relevant Civil BIM / Infrastructure experience
Strong hands-on Civil 3D + Revit expertise
Advanced Navisworks Manage / ACC coordination experience
Proven experience on large-scale GCC infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of roads, highways, bridges and utilities
Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection and QA/QC
Knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP and CDE workflows
Experience with ACC / BIM 360 / Aconex
Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills
Excellent English communication

Arabic is an advantage.

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

Autodesk certification in Civil 3D / Revit / Navisworks, plus exposure to Dynamo or Power BI, will be an advantage.
