Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an experienced IT Deskside Technician to provide on-site IT support to end users in Jeddah.
Salary : 7K-8K Riyal
Preferred candidates:
Option 1 – Saudi Nationals
- Saudi National technicians preferred for both FTE and backfill coverage.
Option 2 – Non-Saudi Technicians
- Non-Saud technician must have a valid Saudi working visa through the supplier’s legal entity in Saudi Arabia.
- Visa/work authorization must be valid for the duration of the assignment.

Language Requirements
- English: B2 level
- Arabic: B2–C1 level

Technical Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT Support / Deskside Support role
- Desktop and laptop hardware/software troubleshooting
- Windows 7/10 OS troubleshooting
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Microsoft Office latest versions
- Basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge
- Microsoft Group Policy Objects (GPO) experience
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Hardware installation, movement and de-installation
- Virus detection and eradication procedures
- Basic tablet/smart device support
- ITSM / ticket management tools preferred
- Ability to accurately track and update incidents/tickets

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Install, configure and upgrade supported hardware/software
- Support key business/engineering applications
- Work closely with Service Desk and other IT support teams
- Handle incidents according to priority, SLA and project procedures
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Work independently while being a strong team player

Vetting & Training

-Standard vetting process will apply to FTE
- New FTE will receive remote training with the OSS Trainer.
- Remote coaching will also be provided by the Team Lead.
