Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Head Chef** with a minimum of **10 years of professional cooking experience**, preferably specializing in Saudi/Arabian rice and chicken dishes.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining consistent quality across our existing menu, including:

* Madhghoot Classic – Camel Meat & Chicken (مضغوط كلاسيك – لحم حاشي ودجاج)**
* Madhghoot Bukhari – Camel Meat & Chicken (مضغوط بخاري – لحم حاشي ودجاج)**
* Grilled Chicken with Classic Madhghoot Rice (دجاج شواية مع رز مضغوط كلاسيك)**
* Grilled Chicken with Bukhari Rice (دجاج شواية مع رز مضغوط بخاري)**
* Traditional Saudi Stews such as Masqaa, Bamia & Molokhiya (مسقعة، بامية وملوخية)**
* Daqous, Shatta, Khiyar Laban & Tahina (دقوس، شطة، خيار لبن وطحينة)**
* Traditional Desserts including Cream Caramel, Mahalabiya & Um Ali (كريم كراميل، مهلبيه وأم علي)**

Key Responsibilities

* Follow and maintain the existing recipes and preparation standards.
* Ensure **consistent taste, quality, portioning, and presentation**.
* Manage kitchen operations and food preparation efficiently.
* Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain the required standards.
* Ensure food quality remains consistent on a daily basis.
* Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards.

**Important:** Candidates must have strong practical experience in preparing this type of cuisine and be able to maintain consistent quality without depending on lengthy training.
