🔹 TELECOM QC INSPECTOR
📍 Location: Yanbu – Madina
⚡ Joining: ASAP

🎯 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating between the project team and vendors for priority requirements.
• Maintaining detailed delivery schedules and tracking progress against project timelines.
• Immediately reporting potential delays or disruptions to the project team.
• Coordinating inspection activities and dispatch arrangements.
• Preparing and sharing daily progress reports with the project team.

📡 SCOPE OF WORK

The role covers CCTV and Access Control Systems, including:
CCTV Surveillance System
Installation and commissioning of IP cameras, including fixed, dome, bullet and PTZ cameras.
NVR/VMS installation and configuration.
PoE switches and network connectivity.
Cat6 and fiber-optic cabling.
Camera alignment, testing and coverage verification.
Integration with security and network infrastructure.
Access Control System
Card and biometric readers.
Access control panels and controllers.
Electromagnetic locks and electric strikes.
Exit buttons, emergency break-glass units and door contacts.
User access levels and time schedules.
Alarm and event monitoring.
CCTV and access-control integration.
Cabling & Infrastructure
Cat6 and fiber-optic cable installation.
Cable identification, labeling and termination.
Conduits, cable trays and supports.
Patch panels and network cabinets.
Testing and certification of network cabling.
Proper segregation of power and ELV cables.

🧪 TESTING & COMMISSIONING
The position also includes:
• Point-to-point testing of CCTV and access-control devices.
• Functional testing of cameras and recording systems.
• Testing of access cards and biometric systems.
• Testing of emergency release functions.
• Network communication and system integration verification.
• Rectification of identified defects.

📋 DOCUMENTATION & HANDOVER
Responsibilities include:
• As-built drawings
• Equipment datasheets and technical documentation
• Cable schedules and device lists
• Testing and commissioning reports
• System configuration and backup files
• Basic operator training
• Final inspection and client handover
All work shall comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, applicable Saudi regulations, and client/consultant requirements.

✔️ Have relevant Telecom QC / CCTV / Access Control experience
✔️ Possess relevant experience and credentials
