تفصیلِ ملازمت:

ہمیں اپنی ورکشاپ/ٹیکنیکل ٹیم کے لیے ایک نہایت ماہر اور تجربہ کار "ملنگ اور لیتھ مشین آپریٹر" کی ضرورت ہے۔ امیدوار کو ڈرائنگ اور تکنیکی ہدایات کے مطابق درست سائز کے پرزے تیار کرنے، لیتھ اور ملنگ مشینیں چلانے اور ان کی دیکھ بھال کا مکمل تجربہ ہونا چاہیے۔

بنیادی ذمہ داریاں:

انجنیئرنگ ڈرائنگ اور بلیو پرنٹس کو درست طریقے سے پڑھنا اور سمجھنا۔

لیتھ اور ملنگ مشینوں کی درست سیٹنگ کرنا اور انہیں محفوظ طریقے سے چلانا۔

پرزوں کی تیاری کے دوران ٹرننگ، فیسنگ، تھریڈنگ (چوڑی کاٹنا)، اور بائے سائز ملنگ کا کام مکمل مہارت سے کرنا۔

کام کی نوعیت کے مطابق درست کٹنگ ٹولز، سپیڈ اور فیڈ کا انتخاب کرنا۔

ورنیئر کیلیپر، مائیکرو میٹر اور دیگر پیمائشی آلات کے ذریعے تیار شدہ پرزوں کی کوالٹی اور سائز چیک کرنا۔

مشینوں کی روزانہ کی بنیاد پر دیکھ بھال، صفائی اور آئلنگ کرنا۔

ضروری قابلیت و شرائط:

صنعتی یا ورکشاپ ماحول میں لیتھ اور ملنگ مشین پر کام کرنے کا بہترین اور عملی تجربہ۔

تکنیکی ڈرائنگ اور پیمائشی آلات (مائیکرو میٹر، ورنیئر کیلیپر) استعمال کرنے پر مکمل عبور۔

دھاتوں کی اقسام، کٹنگ ٹولز اور مشیننگ ٹالرنس (Tolerances) کا بنیادی علم۔

کام میں باریک بینی، صفائی اور حفاظتی تدابیر (Safety Standards) کی پابندی۔

پاکستانی شہریوں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔


Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Milling and Lathe Machine Operator to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual and/or conventional milling and lathe machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

Set up, adjust, and operate lathe and milling machines safely and efficiently.

Perform precision machining work including turning, facing, threading, boring, and milling.

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and raw materials for each job.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools to ensure strict quality
