Note : *Must need Experienced Candidates*


Job Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and project specifications.
Review and draft HSE documentation, including translation between English and Chinese.
Monitor and control site HSE performance and ensure continual improvement.
Support the implementation and enforcement of project HSE requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
FA (First Aid) / BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.

Required Expertise & Skills:

Strong knowledge of international and global safety standards.
Proven communication and coordination skills in multi-contractor environments.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Not only from origin Chinese, person who can communicate between Chinese/English will
prefer.
