CREW SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Crew Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of crew members at the assigned work site.
Assign duties and work tasks to crew members according to operational requirements.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall performance.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures.
Provide instructions and guidance to crew members and ensure proper completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor the use and condition of tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with site management, supervisors, and other departments regarding daily operations.
Identify and report operational issues, delays, safety concerns, or manpower requirements.
Maintain daily work, attendance, and productivity reports.
Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
Train and guide new crew members on work procedures and safety requirements.
Resolve minor workforce issues and maintain good discipline and teamwork among crew members.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Preferred Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in crew/team supervision.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
English communication required; Arabic is an advantage.
