• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
• Manage reception and front-office activities
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Support the management and events team with administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
• Assist with event-related guest coordination when required

### 🔹 Requirements

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Arabic is an advantage
✅ Good computer and MS Office skills
✅ Well-organized and able to multitask
✅ Previous receptionist, hospitality, events, or customer-service experience is preferred
✅ Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
