🚨 URGENT HIRING RENOVATION ENGINEER / MANAGER 🚨

Job Title: Senior Renovation & Fit-Out Engineer / Project Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer/Project Manager to lead renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, or building maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of site evaluation, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, material pricing, and quotation preparation. Practical knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, sewage, HVAC, waterproofing, and general renovation works.
• Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Saudi renovation/construction market.
• Management: Experience dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, technicians, and skilled workers.
• Soft Skills: Strong client communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Advantageous Skills: Knowledge of social media/digital marketing and business development.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Arabic – mandatory.
• Driving License: Saudi driving license preferred.
• Visa Status: Transferable Iqama required.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have Comprehensive Knowledge and Practical Experience in:
• Site inspection and technical evaluation of existing buildings.
• Assessment of renovation requirements and preparation of scope of work.
• Quantity take-off, estimation, costing, and material pricing.
• Preparation of detailed quotations and commercial proposals.
• Preparation of BOQ and work schedules.
• Knowledge of civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, sewage, HVAC, waterproofing, and related renovation works.
• Identification and assessment of existing building conditions and potential technical risks.
• Selection and evaluation of suitable materials and suppliers.
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, technicians, and workers.
• Understanding of local Saudi Arabian construction practices, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Client communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up.
• Knowledge of business development, marketing, digital marketing, and social media for generating renovation leads and supporting client acquisition will be an advantage.
