Description


We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and contractual management of building construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost control, quantity surveying, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all quantity surveying and commercial functions from project award to final account.
* Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
* Manage contract administration, claims, variation orders, and change management.
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to senior management.
* Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and commercial risk assessments.
* Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
* Mentor junior quantity surveyors and oversee commercial best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 15–20 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale building construction projects.
* Strong background in commercial management, contract administration, and cost control.

* Extensive experience with hotels, high-rise, mixed-use, or other complex building developments.

* Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation management, and claims.

* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience working on international construction projects is highly preferred.

* Professional certifications such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent are an advantage.


⚠️ Important Requirement:

This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.

Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
