We arelooking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to support recruitment for ongoing Saudi Aramco, EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified candidates for engineering, technical, and skilled trades positions.
Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks to identify talent.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements.
Meet recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
Requirements

✔ Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
✔ Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is preferred
✔ Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage
✔ Strong sourcing and networking skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidate profiles
