RTFI Inspector – Saudi Aramco Project

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RTFI Inspector with Saudi Aramco project experience to support inspection and quality control activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing RTFI documentation, verifying inspection requirements, coordinating with construction and QA/QC teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and Saudi Aramco requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform RTFI inspections and verification activities in accordance with approved project procedures and inspection requirements.
* Review RTFI documentation, inspection records, drawings, specifications, ITPs and related quality documents.
* Verify that completed work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and client requirements.
* Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, engineering and subcontractor teams for inspection activities.
* Monitor inspection status and follow up on pending RTFI requirements.
* Identify non-conformities, deficiencies and incomplete work and coordinate corrective actions.
* Verify inspection records and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
* Participate in client / Saudi Aramco inspections and support closure of inspection observations.
* Maintain inspection logs, trackers and daily/weekly reports.
* Coordinate inspection schedules with construction and project teams to avoid delays.
* Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with approved Quality Plans, ITPs and project procedures.
* Support final documentation, turnover and quality dossier preparation where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* Minimum 5–8 years of relevant inspection / QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or EPC projects.
* Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
* Previous experience as an RTFI Inspector / RTFI Coordinator / Quality Inspector is strongly preferred.
* Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco inspection procedures and project quality requirements.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, ITPs and inspection documentation.
* Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection records and documentation control.
* Relevant discipline inspection certification will be an advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama are preferred.
* Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
