Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong experience in civil construction and finishing works. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for the daily supervision of site activities, managing workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that the work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications, while complying with quality, safety, and project schedule requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise all civil construction and finishing works at the project site.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule.
• Manage workers and subcontractors at the site.
• Ensure that work is executed according to approved construction drawings, technical specifications, and approved methods of execution.
• Supervise excavation works, foundations, concrete works, masonry, plastering, finishes, flooring, external works, and all civil construction activities.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Quality Engineer, Safety Officer, Consultant, and Client.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress and report any delays or technical issues.
• Follow up on material deliveries and ensure that materials are properly stored and used.
• Participate in inspection and handover activities, address Snag Lists / Punch Lists, and support project handover.
Required Qualifications
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil construction and finishing works.

Requirements
• Good knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and finishing standards.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Ability to use computers, prepare required reports, and send emails.
• Valid driving license.
• Good command of the English language.
• Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage work teams.
