Description

Valve Technician - Exp not less than 5-7 years in install , maintain, test and repairs industrial valves and actuator used in fluid control system.
Key Responsibilites : -
- Maintenance & repair : disassemble , Clean , Repair and reassemble control , Safety reilef , gate and isolatio valves.
- Testing & Calibration : perform pressure tests, Leak test and calibration in actuators and valve instrument.
- Assist in installation of new valves, aligned m sealed in accordance of the system .
- Support if installation of actuators, sensors and other valves accessories required.
- Work with senior technician to troubleshoot valve issues and identify the potential solutions.
- Assist in perforiming preventive maintenance to ensure the long - term efficiency in valve system.
- Maintain accurate record of valves maintenance , repair and inspection .
- Enssure all necessary parts, tools and materials are documented and tracked for future use.
Qualification Skill:-
- High school Diploma OR Equivalent.
- A degree OR certificate in mechanical engineering , industrial engineering OR related field.
Technical Skill:-
- Basic understanding of valve components, operation and maintenance procedures.
- Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and valve maintenance equipment.
- Willing to learn valve testing techniques and industry standards.
