Description

We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality soft facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related services.
Lead and supervise service teams and ensure high performance standards.
Monitor service quality, KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
Manage contractors, suppliers, staffing, schedules, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and client standards.
Prepare reports, conduct inspections, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Soft Services / Facilities Management.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of FM operations, KPIs, and service standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications and industry certifications are an advantage.
Experience in the GCC is preferred.
