Job Title: Rental Supervisor
Reports To: Operations Manager / Business Owner

Main Duties:

Manage daily generator rental bookings, deliveries, returns, and customer requests.

Coordinate technicians, drivers, and equipment availability.

Ensure generators are inspected, clean, fueled, and ready before delivery.

Prepare rental agreements, delivery notes, and customer handover documents.

Follow up on payments, rental extensions, and overdue equipment.

Handle customer complaints and arrange quick solutions for breakdowns.

Monitor equipment condition, utilization, maintenance schedules, and stock.

Prepare simple daily or weekly rental reports.

Requirements:

Experience in equipment rental, logistics, construction, or generator operations.

Strong organization and customer-service skills.

Basic knowledge of generators and rental contracts.

Able to manage staff, schedules, and urgent situations.

Good computer skills for invoices, reports, and rental records.
