Premium Sweets & Restaurants** is looking for experienced and skilled kitchen professionals to join our Bengali restaurant team.

# Available Positions

1. Bengali Baburchi – Head Cook
2. Assistant Baburchi – Assistant Cook

# Job Responsibilities

* Prepare authentic Bengali dishes while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
* Cook popular menu items such as **Kacchi Biryani, Tehari, Khichuri, Kala Bhuna**, curries, bhuna dishes and other traditional Bengali foods.
* Prepare ingredients, spices, marinades and food portions according to restaurant standards.
* Maintain proper food presentation, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* Control food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and served on time.
* Follow food-safety and kitchen-safety procedures.
* Assist with menu planning and large-order preparation when required.
* Work cooperatively with kitchen assistants and restaurant management.

### Requirements

* Minimum **5 years of professional cooking experience** in a Bengali restaurant, catering company or commercial kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of authentic Bengali recipes, spices and cooking techniques.
* Ability to prepare food in large quantities without compromising quality.
* Must be hardworking, responsible, punctual and able to work under pressure.
* Good teamwork and kitchen-management skills.
* Previous Gulf or international restaurant experience will be an advantage.

# Assistant Baburchi Duties

* Support the Head Baburchi with food preparation and cooking.
* Cut, clean and arrange meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and workstations.
* Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
* Help ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
