🏒 China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Planning Engineer (Mechanical/MEP) to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.

πŸ”Ή Open Position:

1️⃣ Planning Engineer Mechanical (MEP) – Minimum 8 years of EPC project experience

πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
β€’ Monitor mechanical/MEP project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
β€’ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
β€’ Track mechanical/MEP activities, milestones, and deliverables.
β€’ Analyze project performance and identify potential delays.
β€’ Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
β€’ Support project management with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities.

βœ… Requirements:
β€’ πŸŽ“ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects.
β€’ βš™οΈ Strong Mechanical/MEP planning and scheduling background.
β€’ πŸ’» Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
β€’ πŸ—οΈ Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
β€’ Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

⭐ Preference will be given to candidates with:
β€’ Strong Mechanical/MEP background.
β€’ Experience with contracting companies.
β€’ Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
β€’ Immediate availability to join.
