Position: QA Auditor / QEHS Field Coordinator
Industry: Telecom / Huawei Projects
Location: Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced QA Auditor / Field Coordinator with strong knowledge of Huawei telecom operations and field activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct QA/QC audits and field inspections for telecom activities.
Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors.
Monitor ISDP and iResource issues, submissions, approvals and closures.
Identify and follow up on QA/QC non-conformities and pending issues.
Verify compliance with Huawei project requirements, procedures and standards.
Monitor PPE compliance, EHS requirements and safe working practices.
Review field documentation, checklists, photos, reports and supporting evidence.
Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure of observations.
Prepare daily/weekly QA audit reports and follow up with operational teams.
Support project teams in maintaining quality and compliance KPIs.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience in Huawei telecom projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISDP and iResource and common operational issues.
Good understanding of QA/QC processes and telecom field activities.
Knowledge of PPE, EHS/HSE requirements and field safety compliance.
Experience conducting site inspections and audits.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple field teams and follow up on pending actions.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting.
Saudi Arabia telecom project experience is an advantage.

Preferred: Only Candidates experience in Huawei QA, QC, EHS, field coordination or telecom project auditing.
