# Vacancy: Technical Manager / BIM Manager

**Emaar Albader Contracting Company** is looking for an experienced **Technical Manager / BIM Manager** to join our team and work on a project in **NEOM, Saudi Arabia**.

### Requirements:

* Previous experience as a **Technical Manager, BIM Manager**, or in a similar position.
* **Previous experience working on NEOM projects is mandatory.**
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Strong experience in technical coordination and BIM management.
* Proficiency in **Revit, Navisworks**, and relevant BIM software.
* Knowledge of NEOM BIM requirements and standards is highly preferred.
* Good command of English.
* Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
