‏We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations.

‏The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.

‏Responsibilities:
‏• Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently
‏• Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers
‏• Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials
‏• Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues
‏• Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects
‏• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
‏• Reduce machine downtime and material waste
‏• Train and guide junior operators when required
‏• Follow all safety and quality
‏standards
