Position: Account Manager

What You Will Do

βœ” Manage and grow existing client accounts
βœ” Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
βœ” Identify and close new B2B business opportunities
βœ” Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
βœ” Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
βœ” Negotiate and close deals
βœ” Conduct client meetings and site visits
βœ” Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
βœ” Maintain the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
βœ” Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

πŸ”Ή Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
πŸ”Ή7+ years of Account Management / B2B Sales / Business Development experience
πŸ”Ή Proven sales track record
πŸ”Ή Excellent communication and negotiation skills
πŸ”Ή Strong customer relationship management skills
πŸ”Ή Good English communication skills
πŸ”Ή Arabic is highly preferred
πŸ”Ή Saudi driving license is preferred
πŸ”Ή Experience with corporate clients, hospitality, construction, real estate, or major projects is an advantage
