Position: Account Manager

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

What You Will Do

✔ Manage and grow existing client accounts
✔ Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
✔ Identify and close new B2B business opportunities
✔ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✔ Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
✔ Negotiate and close deals
✔ Conduct client meetings and site visits
✔ Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
✔ Maintain the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
🔹7+ years of Account Management / B2B Sales / Business Development experience
🔹 Proven sales track record
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Strong customer relationship management skills
🔹 Good English communication skills
🔹 Arabic is highly preferred
🔹 Saudi driving license is preferred
🔹 Experience with corporate clients, hospitality, construction, real estate, or major projects is an advantage
