02. HVAC Technician- Grade A- Rate- 20/Hr, QTY- 10
03. HVAC Electro Technician- Rate- 19/Hr, QTY- 05

Food, Accommodation & Transportation will provide by company

Project Location: Maaden
Duration: Long Term
Salary- After Timesheet 45 Days.

Minimum Job Requirements as per:

All candidates must have:

01. High level of English communication (spoken and written must).
02. Relevant experience in industrial plants, preferably in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial facilities.
03. Valid PTW (Permit to Work) Receiver certification/experience.
04. Valid driving license/driving skill with the ability to drive at site.
05. Good understanding of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems.
06. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, HVAC drawings, electrical schematics, and layout drawings.
07. Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and electrical systems.
08. Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
09. Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Additional Requirements for HVAC Foreman:

01. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
02 Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating daily work activities.
03. Ability to plan work, allocate manpower, ensure safety compliance, and prepare daily work reports.
04. Strong leadership and communication skills.
