Esnad Contracting Company is looking for Rigger Helpers to join our team in Jeddah.

Job Description:
Assist in lifting and rigging activities safely and efficiently under the supervision of the Rigger, ensuring all activities are carried out according to approved lifting plans, safety procedures, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with rigging, lifting, and securing activities
Assist in preparing and handling slings, shackles, and other rigging equipment
Assist the Rigger in guiding and securing loads during lifting operations
Support the Rigger in ensuring proper rigging methods are followed
Follow instructions from the Rigger and lifting supervisor
Perform basic visual checks of lifting and rigging equipment and report any damage or defects
Assist in maintaining a safe and organized lifting area
Follow all approved safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in rigging, lifting, or as a Rigger Helper
Basic knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging tools, and safe lifting practices
Previous experience working on construction sites
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a lifting team
Good physical fitness and ability to perform field work
Lifting and rigging training or certification is preferred
Strong commitment to safety procedures and site regulations
