Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Rigger Level 3 to join our team in Jeddah.

Job Description:
Responsible for performing lifting and rigging activities safely and efficiently, ensuring all lifting operations are carried out according to approved lifting plans, safety procedures, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rigging, lifting, and securing activities safely and efficiently
- Inspect lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and other rigging accessories before use
- Guide and communicate with crane operators during lifting operations
- Ensure proper rigging methods are followed according to the load and lifting plan
- Follow approved lifting plans, method statements, and safety procedures
- Identify lifting hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately
- Coordinate with the lifting team and site personnel to ensure safe lifting operations
- Maintain proper housekeeping around lifting areas

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations
- Valid Rigger Level 3 certification or equivalent
- Good knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging tools, and safe lifting practices
- Ability to understand lifting plans and basic technical instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and site regulations
