**Hiring: Sales & Project Coordinator – ELV / Low Current Systems**

**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

. We are looking for a practical and organized **Sales & Project Coordinator** to handle daily customer follow-up and coordinate small ELV projects.

### Main Responsibilities

* Follow up sales inquiries and existing customers.
* Prepare and follow up quotations.
* Coordinate site visits with customers and technicians.
* Coordinate technicians, materials, purchasing, and installation schedules.
* Monitor project progress and customer requirements.
* Follow up pending works and site issues.
* Coordinate testing, handover, and project closure.
* Follow up invoices and customer payments.
* Identify additional sales opportunities from existing customers.
* Maintain organized records for customers, quotations, and projects.

### Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

* CCTV Systems
* Networking & Wi-Fi
* Structured Cabling
* Access Control
* Intercom Systems
* ELV / Low Current Systems

### Requirements

* Minimum **3 years of relevant experience**.
* Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
* Transferable Iqama.
* Good English communication skills.
* Arabic is an advantage.
* Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
* Able to communicate professionally with customers and technicians.
* Able to manage several small jobs simultaneously.
* Basic knowledge of quotations, costing, and project coordination.
* Saudi driving license is highly preferred.

**We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for daily jobs from customer inquiry through execution, delivery, and follow-up — not only a salesperson.**
