🚨 **HIRING – LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR RIYADH** 🚨

We are looking for an **experienced Logistics Supervisor** to join our logistics company in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.

### 📌 Requirements

* **Nationality:** Indian
* Previous experience in the **logistics / food delivery industry is required**
* Experience working with delivery platforms such as **Ninja, HungerStation, Keeta, ToYou, Jahez**, or similar platforms
* Must be able to communicate in:

* **Arabic**
* **English**
* **Hindi**
* Good computer and Excel skills
* Good knowledge of delivery-platform dashboards and courier operations
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

### 💼 Responsibilities

* Recruit and hire new couriers/drivers
* Manage courier attendance and duty schedules
* Manage salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
* Monitor courier performance and productivity
* Manage delivery-platform dashboards
* Handle courier IDs/accounts and operational issues
* Monitor violations and penalties
* Coordinate with couriers and company management
* Prepare daily/monthly operational reports
* Handle day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow
