Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team in Damma, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Prepare HVAC designs, layouts, load calculations, BOQs, and material take-offs.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Select HVAC equipment and prepare technical submittals.
Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and applicable local codes.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in HVAC design and estimation.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water, VRF/VRV, DX, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel; HAP or similar software is an advantage.
Experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tenders.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications.
Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
