We are urgently hiring for 5 types of Operators whose details are as follows -

CNC Lathe Operator

Key Skills & Qualifications Required -
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in CNC Lathe Machine
• Good knowledge of CNC machining operations.
• Good knowledge of cutting tools and inserts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
• Knowledge of CNC programming
• Knowledge of Machine setup
• Knowledge of different materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Alloy Steel.
• Ability to work independently and achieve production targets.

CNC Milling (VMC) Operator

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in CNC Miling
• Knowledge of CNC Milling / VMC machine operation
• Knowledge of CNC machine setting and job setup
• Engineering drawing reading
• Understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
• knowledge of VMC programming
• Workpiece setting and fixture alignment
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts and holder of cutting tools, inserts and holders

Manual Lathe Operator

Key Skills & Qualifications Required -
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Manual Lathe
• Manual Lathe machine operation
• Job setting and workpiece alignment
• Engineering drawing reading
• Understanding of dimensions and tolerances
• Selection and setting of cutting tools
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.

5 axis VMC Operator

Key Skills & Qualifications Required -
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in 5-axis VMC
• 5-Axis VMC machine operation
• Rotary axis / 5-axis coordinate system knowledge
• Tool selection, tool setting and tool measurement
• Engineering drawing reading
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
• programming knowledge of 5 axis VMC.

Integrex Machine Operator

Key Skills & Qualifications Required -
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Integrex Machine
• INTEGREX multi-tasking machine operation
• CNC turning and milling operations
• Engineering drawing reading
• Tool selection and tool setting
• C-axis and Y-axis machining
• Complex profile and multi-operation machining
• Use of Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge
• Programming knowledge of INTEGREX
