Job Summary:
We are looking for physically fit and experienced technicians to join our team for the erection and installation of high-voltage electrical transmission towers and solar structure towers. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working at heights in a demanding outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Tower Erection: Assemble, bolt, and erect steel lattice towers and monopoles for electrical transmission lines and solar fields as shown in the project scope.
· Climbing & Rigging: Safely climb towers using fall protection equipment; install rigging, slings, and hoists to lift steel components into position.
· Equipment Handling: Use hand tools, power tools, and assist with crane operations (loading/unloading and guiding structural members).
· Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), harnesses, and setting up red/white safety perimeter tape (as seen in the image).
· Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in tower erection, steel structure installation, or heavy rigging.
· Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of climbing tall structures, standing for long periods, and working in hot, dusty, outdoor conditions.
· Certifications: Valid safety certifications (e.g., Basic Safety, Working at Heights, or Rigging) are highly preferred.
· Language: Basic understanding of English or Arabic for safety instructions is preferred.

Employment Terms & Benefits:

· Working Hours: Standard shift hours (8 hours per day / 48 hours per week).
· Overtime: Paid strictly for any hours exceeding the standard working hours.
· Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation and transport (FAT/Food and Transport)
