Key responsibilities:

• Installation , troubleshooting of IoT devices
• Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables.
• Install, configure, and maintain surveillance camera systems, including CCTV and IP cameras.
• Install and maintain firefighting and alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and
regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fiber optic and low current systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment
• Providing service and customer support during field visits
• Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Producing detailed service reports
• Documenting processes
• Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner
• Following company procedures and protocols
• Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
• Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications
• Building positive relationships with customers

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 5 -10 years’ experience with hold of Diploma or BS in electrical engineer with some
network experience
• Proven experience in installing and maintaining fiber optic networks and low current
systems.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technology, CCTV systems, fire alarm, and fire
fighting systems.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.

Salary is between 4000 to 5000 SR.
