Description

1) Introduction:

Data segregation and Equipment / spares data submission in the COMPANY's provided Template format for Cataloguing CLIENT's SAP-MDG.

2) Supplied Materials:

2.1. COMPANY shall provide soft copy of OEM Manuals, P&IDs, Drawings etc, for Power CLIENT's Plant.
2.2. COMPANY shall provide International Cataloguing Standard, which is the standard Noun/modifiers list and corresponding characteristics list required for each Item included in CLIENT's Plant sites.
2.3. Equipment / Spares data Template Format (Excel).

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

3.1. The Project data includes OEM Manual, P&IDs, Drawings etc, which need to be segregated per Equipment and Spare.
3.2. Segregation includes identifying the system and Sub-system to which each equipment / spare part fits to.
3.3. Extraction / combining informative pages and preparing a PDF per Equipment / spare which shall be attached while cataloguing (by COMPANY) in CLIENT's SAP-MDG.
3.4. 100% Characteristics data is required for Cataloguing each Equipment / Spare in SAP MDG. So, Equipment / Spares data Template (Excel) shall be enriched 100% and submitted to COMPANY in weekly batches.
3.5. Data submission batch shall include prepared PDFs per Equipment / Spare and Filled Data Template (Excel) for All Items in submitted Batch.
