WE ARE HIRING CNC PROGRAMMER & CNC MILLING OPERATOR

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our manufacturing team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia for the following positions:

1. CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC milling programs based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
• Create CNC programs using G-code/M-code and applicable CAM software.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
• Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offsets, and coordinate system setup.
• Conduct program prove-out and first-piece inspection before production.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and component quality.
• Coordinate with CNC Operators, Production, and Quality teams.

Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, Tool & Die, or a related technical field.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CNC milling programming and machining.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine setup and operation is preferred.

2. CNC Milling Operator

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Understand basic engineering drawings and XYZ coordinate systems.
• Perform basic machine setup, tool handling, and work offset setting.
• Monitor machining operations and make basic adjustments when required.
• Inspect finished components using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of machines and the work area.

Qualification:
• ITI (any relevant trade) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:
• 0–3 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
