🚨 URGENT HIRING – FEMALE SALES COORDINATOR (BACK OFFICE)

📍 Location: Taqwa District, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Tetabea Information Technology is urgently hiring a Female Sales Coordinator (Back Office) to join our growing team.

💼 Position

Female Sales Coordinator (Back Office)

💰 Salary

SAR 2,000 – 3,000 (Based on Experience)

⏰ Joining

Immediate Joining Preferred

📋 Job Responsibilities

✅ Prepare professional quotations and proposals.
✅ Coordinate with customers and the sales team.
✅ Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Email.
✅ Follow up with new and existing customers.
✅ Prepare invoices, sales orders and purchase orders.
✅ Maintain customer records and sales reports.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers when required.
✅ Support daily office administration.
✅ Work efficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.

✅ Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Valid Saudi Iqama with a - minimum of 6 months validity.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Good English communication (Mandatory).
• Basic to Intermediate Arabic communication skills will be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Strong communication, coordination, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.



🕘 Working Hours

• 8 Hours per Day
• 6 Days per Week
