Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the waitstaff.
-Welcome guests and ensure they receive outstanding customer service.
-Assign tables and service stations to team members.
-Take and oversee food and beverage orders when needed.
-Ensure timely and accurate service from the kitchen to the guests.
-Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
-Train, coach, and support new and existing service staff.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
-Monitor inventory of service supplies and report shortages.
-Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

-Transferable and Valid Iqama preferably in Jeddah for face to face interview.
-Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or in a similar supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
