Requirements:

* Proven experience preparing premium burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, and beef dishes.
* Expert in grilling and cooking different cuts of meat to the correct doneness.
* Knowledge of meat preparation, seasoning, marination, and portion control.
* Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
* Ability to manage stock, minimize waste, and maintain a clean workstation.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken, and other grilled menu items.
* Ensure every order meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
* Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
* Assist with inventory and food preparation as needed.
