Job Responsibilities
- Take actual site measurements for the preparation of shop drawings.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings for client approval, (in 2D & 3D).
- Responsible for preparing cutting list prior to fabrication.
- Prepare shop drawings & details B.O.Q for fabrication reference.
- Prepare material estimations and structural B.O.Q.
- Responsible for as-built measurements & as-built drawings as per completed works.
- Calculate the actual bill of quantities for invoicing.
- Calculate material consumptions and quantities to compare actual v/s B.O.M.
- Supervise various projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Required to travel within and outside Saudi Arabia, as necessary, to fulfill project or business requirements.
- Coordination and supervision of ACP cladding projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with client representatives & site engineers.
- Coordinate with the techno- commercial engineers.
- Coordinate with sales.
- Site Surveys and client site visits upon requirements.
- Carry out all other works as instructed by department in-charge.
