Description

We are currently looking for a Bakery & Pastry CDP / DCDP to join our Central Kitchen in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce all productions according to standardized recipes and schedules.
Assist in dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing of products.
Support preparation of creams, fillings, glazes, and pastry components as per specifications.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Follow proper ingredient storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize wastage.
Keep the workstation clean and ensure safe handling of food and equipment.

Requirements

3–4 years’ experience in Bakery & Pastry production (central kitchen/hotel/restaurant preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
Willingness to work shifts and meet production timelines.
