dispatcher required – logistics company

we are looking for a responsible and organized dispatcher to join our logistics team.

job responsibilities:

* monitor and track all trucks using gps.
* ensure timely dispatch of all trucks according to the schedule.
* maintain and update drivers’ time cards accurately.
* coordinate and monitor trucks undergoing maintenance in the workshop.
* prepare and process port passes for vehicle operations.
* prepare waseeqa and ensure all required documents are complete.
* prepare waybills accurately for every shipment.
* communicate with drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* maintain proper records and support the logistics team with daily dispatch activities.

requirements:

* experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
* good communication and organizational skills.
* basic computer knowledge.
* ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
