Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Recruitment Sales Executive with a strong background in recruitment sales and manpower outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
Generate new business through recruitment and manpower outsourcing services.
Handle client communication, negotiations, and business requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong client network.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Recruitment Sales, or Manpower Outsourcing.
Strong recruitment industry background.
Proven experience in client handling and business development.
Experience in acquiring new clients and generating business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Indian nationality preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
