Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Commercial Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction estimation and commercial management.
• Strong experience in the Saudi construction market.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, mixed-use, and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, tendering, cost planning, subcontractor pricing, and commercial evaluation.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, BOQs, contracts, and project cost control.
• Experience with estimating software and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project estimation, tendering, and pricing activities.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate project profitability and commercial risks.
• Review subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Support contract negotiations, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
