# HVAC Technician – Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

## Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
* Diagnose and repair air-conditioning units, split systems, package units, rooftop units, chillers, ventilation fans, and air-handling systems.
* Maintain and repair walk-in chillers, walk-in freezers, cold rooms, ice machines, and other commercial refrigeration equipment.
* Inspect kitchen exhaust fans, fresh-air systems, ductwork, air curtains, and ventilation equipment.
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize restaurant downtime and product loss.
* Check refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, electrical connections, motors, compressors, thermostats, sensors, belts, filters, and control systems.
* Replace defective components and perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuation, and system testing.
* Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance according to company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
* Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs, replacements, or energy-saving improvements.
* Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, spare-parts usage, and maintenance checklists.
* Coordinate with restaurant managers to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
* Ensure cold-storage equipment maintains the required food-safety temperature range.
* Maintain tools, testing instruments, company vehicles, and assigned equipment in good working condition.
* Support new restaurant openings, renovations, equipment installations, and commissioning activities when required.
* Participate in after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency call-out schedules.

Must be able to communicate in English or Arabic, Salary Package 1800 to 2000 Sar Company will provide accommodation and trasportation.
