Utility Operator – Industrial Plant Operations
We are looking for 2 experienced Utility Operators to support continuous and safe plant operations within a heavy‑industrial environment.

Role Overview
The Utility Operator will operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems to ensure reliable supply for plant processes. The role requires strong operational discipline, safety awareness, and hands‑on experience in large‑scale industrial plants.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor utility systems: compressed air, cooling water, process water, potable water, waste water, natural gas, fire water, chilled water, and dosing systems.
Inspect pumps, compressors, cooling towers, heat exchangers, tanks, valves, and pipelines.
Perform field checks, respond to alarms, and support start‑up/shutdown activities.
Prepare equipment for maintenance (LOTO, isolation, permits).
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift handovers.
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and PTW requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in utility operations within Aluminium, Phosphate, Petrochemical, Mining, or

Manufacturing plants (mandatory).
Ability to read P&IDs, operate DCS/SCADA, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Strong safety awareness, teamwork, and communication skills.
