Description

Heavy Equipment Rental company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Officer – Heavy Equipment Rental to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in procuring and coordinating the rental of heavy equipment for construction and industrial projects within Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing rental equipment, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating commercial terms, issuing purchase orders, coordinating equipment mobilization and demobilization, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in line with project requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the heavy equipment rental industry.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi heavy equipment rental market and supplier network.
Experience in negotiating prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Transferable Iqama with immediate availability is preferred.
