We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to manage our operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage daily operations for manpower supply, industrial services, and equipment rental.
* Coordinate manpower mobilization and demobilization according to client requirements.
* Manage equipment allocation, utilization, maintenance schedules, and logistics.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring high service standards.
* Coordinate with HR, recruitment, logistics, procurement, and finance departments.
* Monitor workforce attendance, timesheets, certifications, and statutory compliance.
* Ensure compliance with client requirements, HSE standards, and company policies.
* Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
* Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in operations within manpower supply, industrial services, contracting, or equipment rental.
* Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of manpower mobilization, vendor coordination, equipment scheduling, and industrial project operations.
* Excellent leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
