MEP & Civil Estimator (10+ Years of Experience)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly experienced MEP & Civil Estimator with over 10 years of expertise in cost estimation, quantity surveying, tender preparation, budgeting, and commercial management across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects. Proven ability to analyze tender documents, prepare accurate BOQs, perform detailed quantity take-offs, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
-Review tender drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
-Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
-Develop accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
-Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
-Conduct value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
-Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontract cost analyses.
-Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial clarifications.
-Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and project teams during tendering.
-Support post-award budget preparation, cost control, and variation pricing.
-Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and international standards.
-Participate in client meetings, technical clarifications, and tender negotiations.
