📢 Urgent Hiring Junior Recruiter Saudi Arabia

Gulfaar Group is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support recruitment activities for ongoing Saudi Aramco EPC projects.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
✔ 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Saudi Arabia experience preferred)
✔ Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and recruitment databases
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Ability to coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and follow up with applicants
✔ Experience supporting recruitment for Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial projects is preferred
✔ Immediate joiners and candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical positions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in achieving project hiring targets
