🚨 Immediate Hiring – AC Technician (Business Development Focus)

Modern Electric Frequencies Est. (MEF) is looking for an experienced and energetic AC Technician to lead and grow our Air Conditioning Services Division in the Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in AC maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting (Split, Window, Cassette, Package & VRF systems).
Strong practical and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to generate new business, secure maintenance contracts, and develop long-term client relationships.
Capable of handling site surveys, preparing technical solutions, and coordinating service activities.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Valid Saudi Iqama (Transferable).
Valid KSA Driving License preferred.
Immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of air conditioning systems.
Develop the AC division by bringing new customers and AMC contracts.
Build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high service quality.
