* Minimum **8+ years of experience**.
* Must have experience in **Solar Plant Projects**.
* Minimum **eight (8) years of experience** in developing, implementing, and maintaining project execution plans and schedules for **Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Projects** or power plants of similar technology.
* Proven experience in the planning and control of PV plants with an **aggregate peak capacity exceeding 100 MW**.
* Must have worked on at least **one (1) PV plant project with a capacity greater than 30 MW**.
