Description

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient machine operation, and maintain high-quality standards in plastic injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate injection molding production activities.
• Monitor machine performance, parameters, and production output.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
• Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead and train machine operators and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of molding machines, molds, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with automation systems and troubleshooting.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
• Transferable Iqama (ready for immediate transfer)

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to handle shift operations.
